Challenge

QIC digital hub runs hiring, events, and internships across 20+ countries. Before the rebuild, HR published roles through Huntflow's default embedded forms - generic and off-brand. Events had no landing pages, no signup tracking, and no continuity between editions.

Solution

Built on Webflow CMS with 8 collections: jobs, departments, benefits, career grades, speakers, topics, blog posts, and videos. A Zapier pipeline connects form submissions directly to Huntflow in real time, with Slack alerts firing on each new application.

The meetups system gives the events team self-contained landing pages - structured speaker and agenda data, trackable signups, reusable across editions. YouTube uploads and Medium posts sync into the CMS automatically. The career map draws from 220+ grade descriptions across IC1 to CTO, covering 8 engineering and management tracks.

result

HR publishes job openings and manages the career map without any engineering involvement. New meetups go live within the same day. Applications route to Huntflow with full metadata and Slack alerts on arrival. The site is now QIC digital hub's primary sourcing channel across Doha, Belgrade, and 20+ countries.

Challenge

QIC presented its full digital ecosystem at Web Summit Qatar 2026 - covering Car, Travel, Medical, and Home verticals across multiple products. The booth needed coherent content across three surfaces simultaneously: a public page for partner outreach, a mobile experience for booth visitors, and full-screen layouts for the holographic displays.

Solution

Built a single Webflow project targeting three distinct surfaces: a public landing page covering QIC's four product verticals, an optimized mobile experience for booth visitors, and full-screen layouts for the holographic displays. The live events schedule supported day-by-day filtering with Google Calendar sync. A partner intake form handled Pitch Battle applications directly on-site.

result

Shipped in 14 days and live across the summit week. The site drew 2,628+ visitors and captured 60+ partnership requests - serving as the primary partner acquisition channel across QIC's opening keynote, partnership panels, and the Pitch Battle.

Challenge

QIC Travel needed a public, search-discoverable destination for travelers and Doha residents looking for things to do in Qatar. The page had to do three jobs at once: serve as an SEO entry point (Qatar events 2026, Doha calendar, public holidays Qatar), drive ticket affiliate revenue through Platinumlist, and funnel discovered users into the QIC App ecosystem.

Solution

Built a month-by-month calendar in Webflow CMS, with each month rendering its own public holidays, top-pick events, and content recommendations. Event data and ticket links integrated from Platinumlist (event poster, dates, deep link to checkout). Bilingual EN/AR with full RTL support and Eastern Arabic numerals in dates. Mobile-first layout designed for travelers browsing on phones, with QR code and deep-link to QIC App download as the conversion path.

result

Live across both EN and AR. Functions simultaneously as an SEO landing surface, a Platinumlist affiliate funnel, and a QIC App acquisition channel - three jobs from a single CMS-driven page.

Challenge

QIC Market is QIC's car marketplace inside the QIC App. The Sell Car service - where a QIC agent visits to photograph and list a car for QAR 100 - needed a standalone landing page targeting Qatari sellers. Car selling in Qatar is still an offline-heavy process, so the page had to do explanatory work (showing how the service works) and conversion work (capturing phone leads) in a single scroll.

Solution

Single-scroll conversion page built in Webflow with phone lead capture as the primary action. The page walks sellers through how the service works (agent visit, photo session, published listing), shows real sold listings as proof, and pins pricing transparency (QAR 100, no upfront commitment) above the form. Bilingual EN/AR with full RTL layout, Qatar-localized phone input, and Arabic-numeral pricing. Lead submissions route to the QIC sales team in real time, with WhatsApp as a parallel contact path for sellers who prefer messaging.

result

Live across both EN and AR markets. Phone leads route directly to the QIC sales team without manual handoff. The page now serves as the primary acquisition channel for the Sell Car service, replacing scattered in-app prompts with a single, search-discoverable destination at sellcar.qic.online.

Women's Day playlist - 60+ team voices, one CMS-driven microsite

Internal employer-brand microsite collecting one song from each woman at QIC digital hub - profile, role, track, and personal quote - for International Women's Day 2026.

Challenge

QIC digital hub wanted to mark International Women's Day 2026 with something more substantial than a social post - a public-facing tribute to the women across the company. The brief: collect one song from every woman at the hub, alongside a photo, role, and personal quote about why they chose it. Sixty-plus contributors across 20+ countries and multiple languages. The site had to feel personal at scale.

Solution

Built as a single-page CMS-driven microsite in Webflow. Each contributor is a CMS entry: profile photo, role, song title, personal quote, and dual links to Spotify and YouTube.

result

Live on International Women's Day 2026 with all 60+ contributors represented. The aggregated Spotify playlist persists as an ongoing artifact beyond the date itself, and the microsite became a shareable employer-brand asset across QIC digital hub's 20+ country footprint.
